- Paid Shipping received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, will be shipped on the same business day, in most cases.
- Remaining Paid Shipping received will be shipped on the next business day in most cases.
- Our Free Shipping is a great value, for those not in a rush while our team prepares your order in a few days.
- If you need your order fast or asking when it will be shipped we recommend you select UPS 2 Day Air for your best experience.
- Processing Time is subject to change during new releases, holidays and/or high volume days, should you need it sooner check out the shipping options.
- All International orders are subject to duty tax and import fees owed by the purchaser
- Bulk orders will require shipping fees to be charge to purchaser
- Shipping Speed does not include Processing Time, they are two different operations and measured differently.
- Shipping Calculations are measured by Business Days when you select a label, do not count Saturday or Sunday. This is Standard by UPS/USPS.
- Any Overnight orders received after 12:00pm may not arrive the next business day, UPS has a cut off time at 4:00pm and we also need time to prepare your order along with other orders.
- We do not support estimated times from a 3rd Party Checkout Carts (Shop Pay, FB, IG) as they provide an estimated delivery time as if we have your package ready to ship at the time of purchase, this is not the case.

We do understand that it's the gift giving season and returns are bound to happen. We are extending our return policy window for orders placed during November 24th - December 25th, which will allow you until January 5th, 2023 to postmark and return your item for a store credit only, when those orders are outside our traditional 15 day window.
For Orders Placed After December 25th
We will be returning to our normal 15 day return policy
